Engaged Encounter
Engaged Encounter is an associated program rooted in the original National Marriage Encounter weekend. It follows a format similar to that original weekend but focuses on preparation for marriage. Couples are encouraged to look at themselves, their relationship, God, and their future. The objective of the weekend is for the couples to determine if they want to commit to their relationship forever. The weekend is not a sports camp or lecture, but rather time away from the excitements of wedding plans, time to look closer at the couple relationship and to verify the couple has considered more than the emotions of love.
